Our 24/7, real-time customer portal, ReverseTrack, provides our partners with complete transparency of their assets on the shipment, system, and component level. Our incoming audit procedures and serialization system allow us to link our partners unit serial numbers and/or asset tag IDs to our own internal AGIDs (AG Identification), allowing us to see when products arrived, when/what work was performed, who performed the work, when assets leave our facilities, and real-time client inventory levels. Using this information we are able to visualize each step of the remarketing process.
